Neoenergia Institute Opens Registrations for the Social Acceleration Program
The Neoenergia Institute is inviting non-governmental organizations (NGOs) for the Social Acceleration Program Impactô ODS. This program, which is currently accepting applications in Brasília until July 31, is an excellent opportunity for those institutions making a difference in their communities.
How the Program Works
The program consists of an eight-month mentoring period, during which up to 18 selected organizations will be trained and will receive resources that can reach up to R$ 120,000, to be distributed among the winners. Applications and more details can be found here.
Developed in partnership with the Ekloos Institute, the goal of Impactô ODS is to boost the development of civil organizations and social businesses that work to ensure people’s dignity and the sustainability of the planet.
To participate, organizations must operate in locations where Neoenergia has a presence in the sectors of energy generation, transmission, and distribution. This includes the Federal District and the states of Bahia, Ceará, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraíba, Paraná, Pernambuco, Piauí, Rio Grande do Norte, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, São Paulo, and Tocantins.
