The official publication confirms dates, requirements, distribution of vacancies and changes in the program content; interested parties must register between March 31 and May 18.

If you dream of pursuing a military career, the time to act has come. The NEW ESA 2025 NOTICE has just been published, confirming everything that many candidates were expecting: test date, number of vacancies, registration period and even significant changes to the exam structure. With the application scheduled for September 28th and 1.119 vacancies distributed between men and women, the selection promises to be one of the most competitive in recent years.

The new ESA 2025 NOTICE brings opportunities for general areas, music and health, with the possibility of admission for young people between 17 and 24 years old, depending on the chosen specialty. The most talked about novelty is the increase in female participation, in addition to the inclusion of topics such as logic and statistics in the Mathematics content. Check out all the details below.

ESA selection process

The ESA selection process traditionally consists of several stages, the first of which is the written test, which will take place on September 28. Candidates must prepare for a broad assessment, which includes questions on Mathematics, Portuguese, Writing, English and General Knowledge. This year, the Mathematics syllabus has been expanded with the inclusion of logic and the return of statistics, increasing the challenge of preparation.

After the written test, candidates who achieve the minimum score will proceed to the health inspection phase, physical fitness exam, psychological evaluation, verification of requirements and medical-dental review. The classification is based on performance in all stages, and those approved will be called for enrollment the following year, in 2026. It is worth remembering that registration can be made from March 31 to May 18, exclusively through the official ESA website.

Vacancies and city where the test will be held

O NEW ESA 2025 NOTICE offers a total of 1.119 vacancies, divided as follows: 910 vacancies for men and 105 vacancies for women in the general area, 24 vacancies for music (both sexes) and 80 vacancies for the health area (both sexes). A positive point is that the tests are applied in practically all Brazilian capitals, which facilitates the participation of candidates from all regions.

The notice also highlights that women can now compete for the first time in the Communications branch, in addition to the existing Logistics and Aviation branches. The expectation is that other areas will soon be made available to women, following the trend of openness that is already occurring in other military competitions.

During the training course, students receive theoretical and practical instruction based on up-to-date doctrines. In addition, the school promotes the experience of values such as patriotism, loyalty, courage, discipline and commitment to the nation. At the end of the course, students graduate as third sergeants in the Army, with stability and a guaranteed career.
