Trainee Program 2024 offers unique opportunities for women in leading companies in the energy sector. Register now!
ENGIE, TAG and Jirau Energia announced the launch of the 2024 Trainee Program, with vacancies exclusively for women. Registration for the program is open until February 01st and offer professional development opportunities in one of the largest companies in the energy sector in the country.
The initiative reinforces companies' commitment to gender equality and diversity in the workplace. ENGIE, in particular, aims to reach 50% of women in its workforce by 2030, and the 2024 Trainee Program is integral part of this strategy.
History of success and commitment to training and hiring female professionals
In 2022, ENGIE hired its first group of engineers through the trainee program, and in 2023 all participants were hired. According to Luciana Nabarrete, director of people, processes and sustainability at ENGIE Brasil Energia, the 2024 trainee program is part of the Women's Career Journey, which includes initiatives such as technical courses for women in communities close to the company's operations and internal career development and acceleration actions.

Requirements and benefits offered by the ENGIE Trainee Program and others 2024 and registrations
The candidates must identify with the female gender, be studying engineering, administration, economics or information technology, have graduated between December/2020 and December/2023 and live in one of the cities where vacancies are available. Furthermore, it is desirable to have an intermediate level of English. Those selected for the ENGIE 2024 trainee program and others will receive a salary and benefits such as transportation vouchers, food vouchers, dental assistance, life insurance and medical assistance.
