Customized Fiat Uno Mille brings together Fast & Furious references, parts from different models, and pop culture details in a project that blends car wrapping, visual adaptations, and the well-known roof ladder.
A Fiat Uno Mille customized with inspiration from Brian O’Conner’s Toyota Supra, a character from Fast & Furious, has started circulating on social media and at automotive events for bringing together parts from 17 different vehicles, maintaining its original mechanics, and even carrying a ladder on its roof.
The project became known as “Brian’s Uno Mille”.
The base is Fiat’s compact car, but the look was developed to evoke the orange car used in the first film of the franchise, released in 2001.

Despite the adaptations made to the bodywork and interior, the concept maintained recognizable features of the Mille.
The creation is by Herbert Calvário, the car’s owner, in partnership with his friend Anderson Jovino.
Herbert works with automotive wrapping at Clínica Estética Envelopamento and told UOL Carros that his connection to customization goes way back, also influenced by automotive gatherings.
“My passion for modifying cars came through Low Hype, an event that showcases the Brazilian way of customizing cars. As for my Uno, it took about 4 years from the start of its creation to the level it is today,” said Herbert.
According to the owner, the intention was to bring the Mille’s look closer to the Toyota Supra from the movie without completely erasing the Uno’s identity.
To achieve this, the process involved fitting adaptations, finish adjustments, and the use of components originally made for other models.
Uno Mille inspired by the Toyota Supra from Fast & Furious
Brian’s Toyota Supra is one of the most well-known references from the Fast & Furious franchise.
In the version created by Herbert and Anderson, the tribute was made using a Uno Mille, a popular Fiat model that gained a strong presence in memes and car-related publications in Brazil.
Herbert stated that he sought to respect the audience that recognizes the movie reference.
“The idea was to make it as similar as possible to the movie car, precisely thinking about respecting the audience. To adapt everything, you need patience and a lot of skill,” he declared.
The vehicle, however, was not limited to a single characterization.
Through changes in its wrapping, the same Uno has already received other visual themes.
In one of these phases, it temporarily left the Supra-inspired look to adopt a reference to the energy drink associated with Toguro and Mansão Maromba, alluding to the Lamborghini Urus that became known on social media through the influencer linked to the bodybuilding universe.
After this stage, the car returned to Brian’s theme.
Before the reinterpretation inspired by Fast & Furious, according to Herbert, one of the first versions that caught attention was the “Playstation Uno”.
The possibility of changing the visual identity through car wrapping is a central part of the project.
The owner stated that the same car can receive other themes by changing the wrapping and mentioned the idea of, in the future, creating a layout related to the World Cup.
Parts from 17 Cars Form the Look of Brian’s Uno Mille
The Mille’s transformation involves external and internal components from different vehicles.
According to Herbert, the car received Volkswagen Gol fog lights, a Fiat Fastback upper grille, and a Fiat Argo lower grille.
Also installed were a Grand Siena side spoiler, a four-door Uno door handle, Ford Ka fenders, a new Uno rearview mirror, and a Nissan Versa rear bumper.
These items were adapted to the Mille’s assembly to compose the project’s current look.
Inside, the changes also brought together parts from various origins.
The pop-out windows came from the Uno R, while the door pulls are from the Strada Locker.
The seats were taken from a Honda HR-V, and the center console came from a Citroën C4 Cactus.
Other components complete the cabin.
The roof storage compartment was repurposed from a Fiat Idea, and the dashboard, also called a tabelier, came from a Palio.
The steering wheel is from a Jeep Commander, the fuel tank cap came from a Honda CG 160, and the key used is from a Fiat Argo.
Despite the number of visual and internal adaptations, the mechanics remained original, according to the owner’s report to UOL Carros.
The vehicle also received neon lights, a spoiler, and air suspension, common features in customization projects aimed at exhibitions and automotive gatherings.
Herbert also said he is studying a more complex modification for the future: the installation of an electronic handbrake.
The alteration, if it goes ahead, would require new adaptation to the Mille’s assembly.
Automotive customization unites cinema, pop culture, and popular car
The proposal of the “Uno Mille do Brian” combines references from cinema, pop culture, and automotive customization.
Instead of reproducing the Toyota Supra with a sports base, the project uses a national compact as a starting point to reinterpret the look of the movie car.
This choice helps explain the vehicle’s circulation in publications about customized cars.
The Mille maintains the silhouette of the original model, while the colors, stickers, spoiler, and other elements refer to Brian’s Toyota Supra.
The roof ladder is another item that draws attention in the composition.
The accessory is not part of the movie reference but appears as an element associated with the humor created around the Uno on social media.
In the project, it integrates the visual without altering the mechanical base reported by the owner.
Even with parts from various models, the car can still be recognized as a Uno Mille.
The original bodywork continues to be the basis of the project, and the adaptations appear as interventions on the already known shape of Fiat’s compact.
The combination of references also allows the car to be understood by different audiences.
Fans of Fast and Furious can identify the inspiration from the Supra, while customized car enthusiasts tend to observe the solutions used to fit parts from other vehicles.
Customized Uno project had different visual phases
Before returning to the theme inspired by Brian’s car, the Mille went through other characterizations.
Herbert himself reported that the vehicle had already been transformed into the “Uno Playstation”, a version that, according to him, marked one of the first phases of the project’s repercussion.
More recently, the car received a wrap related to Toguro and Mansão Maromba’s energy drink.
The reference also dialogued with another vehicle known on social media: the Lamborghini Urus associated with the influencer.
Afterward, the Mille returned to the look inspired by the Toyota Supra from the first Fast and Furious.
As he works with car wrapping, Herbert uses the wrap as a resource to change the car’s theme without permanently altering the entire visual structure.
In this way, the Mille serves as a base for new aesthetic interpretations, provided that the changes are made to the already adapted assembly.
The owner stated that the idea of a World Cup theme is under study.
He did not detail the deadline, layout, or format of the possible alteration.
Uno Mille maintains original mechanics despite adaptations
The “Uno Mille do Brian” stands out for the sum of adapted elements.
The list includes parts from Fiat, Volkswagen, Ford, Nissan, Honda, Citroën, Jeep, and Honda motorcycles, in addition to customization accessories such as neon lights, air suspension, and a spoiler.
In practice, the project does not transform the Mille into a technical replica of the Supra.
The proposal described by Herbert is visual and thematic, focusing on bringing the popular Brazilian car closer to the identity of the model that became known in cinema.
Maintaining the original mechanics reinforces this difference.
While the visual refers to the universe of Fast and Furious, the mechanical assembly remains that of the Uno Mille as reported by the owner.
Therefore, the transformation focuses on appearance, accessories, and the composition of parts.
The detail of the roof ladder also contributes to the interpretation that the project adopts a Brazilian approach to the cinematographic reference.
Instead of eliminating the traits associated with the Uno, the car incorporates these elements into the Supra theme.
With 17 cars represented in the pieces, different plotting phases and a ladder above the bodywork, the Mille created by Herbert Calvário and Anderson Jovino brings together references ranging from cinema to automotive memes.
