The Second Phase of This Event Will Take Place Later This Month of May
Rio de Janeiro, May 29, 2019 – The Ocyan Waves Challenge, the first program of the Ocyan innovation platform, selected 22 startups out of 123 applications from all regions of the country for the next phase, the Pitch Day. The selected companies will “defend” their projects tomorrow, May 30, from 9 AM to 6 PM, at the Startup Factory in Rio de Janeiro.
“The presentations will allow our teams to get to know each of the selected startups better and evaluate the project for their challenge. During this day, we will have the opportunity to clarify all doubts and know which ones we should proceed with for the immersion,” highlights Rodrigo Lemos, Offshore Production Director at Ocyan and leader of Ocyan Waves.
The Ocyan Waves Challenge launched eight challenges to the startup market to seek innovative solutions for problems in support or operational areas. Among the selected are: Rio Analytics, Sirros, Serviços Subsea, for Drill Pipe; and Novidá, TreuWork, Domain Experts, and MDS Tecnologia for Safety; Smarti and Mainô, for Order Management; Confirm8, Lecorp, and TrackerUp, for Equipment Inspection; Arqui and Checklist Fácil, for Onboard Documents; Delfos, Intelie, and TauFlow, for BOP; Safeverse, SocialBase, and Feedz, for Communication challenges; Intcom, Sapiensia, and Conexão Empresas, for Human Resources.
