OLX Brasil Has No Forecast for Reopening Its Offices for the Resumption of In-Person Work
The company emphasizes in a statement that it still does not have an exact date for reopening its offices, which are located in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro; however, it has already defined the new work mode post-pandemic.
The new mode, where the company’s employees can work in-person up to twice a week if they wish, is called Remote First. According to Christiane Berlink, CHRO of the company, OLX Brasil is looking for professionals this year who align with its cultures and values and, above all, enjoy good challenges in their careers.
The company always seeks to foster interaction among its teams, and to that end, it makes adjustments in work dynamics to strengthen interpersonal relationships.
