Selection Process Stages: Learn How to Secure Your Spot
The selection process will be divided into three stages. The first will be a group dynamics session at SENAI, on August 7, 2025, lasting approximately 3 hours. Candidates must attend with an original photo ID and proof of registration.
⚠️ Arrive at least 15 minutes early. Late arrivals or absences will result in automatic elimination from the process.
The second stage will be a behavioral profile analysis conducted by the NOV team. The third stage will be for the calling of approved candidates and enrollment, scheduled to occur between August 18 and 20.
