The 2025 Model from the Rental Company Focuses on Economy and Low Cost, Allowing the Rental Fee to Be Paid in Less Than an Hour of Work, According to Analysis by Rodolfinho da Z.
The new Mottu Sport 110i has arrived on the market with an aggressive economic proposal, directly targeting app workers and delivery personnel who seek an accessible and low operational cost tool. With rental plans starting at R$ 18 per day, the model positions itself as a viable solution for those who cannot afford to finance their own motorcycle. Mottu’s strategy, the largest motorcycle rental company in Latin America, is clear: democratize access to a robust and extremely economical vehicle.
According to the detailed analysis by motorcycle specialist, known as Rodolfinho da Z, the daily rental fee can be covered in less than an hour of work by an average delivery person. This simple math transforms the Mottu Sport 110i into an ally for generating income, where the vehicle cost does not consume a significant portion of daily earnings, making operations more profitable from the very first moment of the day.
What Is the Mottu Sport 110i 2025?
Mottu, a Brazilian brand focused on rentals, has consolidated itself in the national market to the point of becoming the fourth largest manufacturer in terms of registrations in Brazil in 2024, with over 50,000 units of the Sport 110i registered. This success is the result of a strategic partnership with Indian giant TVS Motor Company, responsible for manufacturing the model, which is assembled at Mottu’s factory in Manaus (AM). Originally launched in 2022, the motorcycle has evolved into its most complete version in 2025.

The ESD 2025 model, which is the top-of-the-line version, was designed for intense urban use. It is a lightweight and agile street motorcycle, weighing only 110 kg in running order. Its tubular steel structure and the seat height of 78 cm facilitate handling for riders of different heights, making it a practical and versatile option for dealing with the heavy traffic of large cities, as highlighted by Rodolfinho da Z in his assessment.
Engine and Performance Focused on Economy

The heart of the Mottu Sport 110i is a 109.7cc OHC single-cylinder engine, air-cooled and fuel-injected. It delivers 8.1 horsepower and 0.9 kgf/m of torque, numbers that, although modest, are ideal for urban purposes. The four-speed gearbox has a peculiar operation: neutral is found by pressing the pedal all the way down, while the gears from first to fourth are engaged upwards.
The major advantage of the mechanical set, however, is fuel consumption. Rodolfinho da Z’s analysis indicates that, even with more aggressive riding, the motorcycle maintains averages between 40 and 45 km/l. With more controlled riding and adhering to speed limits, this number can easily exceed 50 to 60 km/l. With a 10-liter tank, the theoretical range can approach 600 kilometers, a crucial differential for those who spend all day riding.
New Features of the ESD Version: What Changed for 2025?
The ESD version of the Mottu Sport 110i was the company’s response to the practical needs of its users. The main addition was the electric start, which brings more convenience to daily life, although the kick start has been maintained as an extra safety measure for cases of weak batteries. Another significant improvement was the implementation of a disc brake on the front wheel, with a combined system (CBS), which distributes braking force between the wheels and increases safety.
Thinking about connectivity, Mottu included a USB port near the dashboard, making it easy to charge phones during work. The handlebar has also been redesigned to be higher, providing a more upright and comfortable riding position, ideal for long journeys. The dashboard, although analog, is complete and well lit, and the front lighting features LED DRL, which increases the motorcycle’s visibility during the day.
Is It Worth It? Points to Consider
The rental proposal of the Mottu Sport 110i is undeniably attractive, especially for those who need an immediate solution to work without depleting their finances. The “Conquiste Plan”, mentioned by Rodolfinho da Z, allows the motorcycle to become the property of the renter at the end of the rental contract, combining the best of both worlds. The agility, very low consumption, and improvements of the 2025 version are strong points that justify its popularity.
However, there are negative points to consider. The motorcycle runs only on gasoline, lacking a flex system, which can be a disadvantage depending on fuel price variations. The absence of a center stand complicates simple maintenance tasks, such as chain lubrication. Additionally, the lack of a clock on the dashboard and a standard luggage rack are details that may be missed in daily use and would require extra investment from the user.
An Accessible Work Tool
The Mottu Sport 110i establishes itself not only as a motorcycle but as an accessible and efficient work platform. With a daily cost that competes with public transport fares, it offers autonomy, agility, and real profit potential for thousands of Brazilians. The updates to the 2025 model show that the company is attentive to the feedback from those who actually use the motorcycle daily.
Do you agree with this change in the motorcycle market? Do you think the rental model with a purchase option positively impacts the lives of delivery personnel? Leave your opinion in the comments, we want to hear from those living this experience.
