job vacancy for Geomechanics Technician

Prerequisites:

• Underground Mine Geomechanics;
• Knowledge in AutoCad;
• Office package knowledge;
• Knowledge in use of geological compass;
• Knowledge in realization and quality control in tie rods, Swellex, stranded cable;
• CNH (category B);
• Proven experience of at least two years in the field;
• Technologist or Technician in Mining or Technician in Geology.

Main atributions:

• Perform geomechanical and mine ventilation inspections;
• Update database;
• Issue reports and other relevant observations;
• Carry out ventilation measurements and geomechanical mapping using Q, RMR, GSI, convergence, readings, instrumentation methods, etc.;
• Carry out quality controls such as ramp inspection, plucking test, adherence to excavation designs, cables, tie rods, Swellex, screen, sprayed concrete installed in the mine, etc.;
• Analyze and verify the installation of support and containment elements on the work fronts;
• Feed and update the geotechnical and ventilation information database;
• Provide instructions and guidance to other areas regarding procedures;
• Elaboration of ventilation and containment plans through mapping in AutoCad tool;
• Perform other tasks of the same nature or level of complexity associated with your specialty.

vacancy of Internship - Maintenance

Prerequisites:

• higher education incomplete (attended) - Engineering or similar;
• Office package knowledge (Intermediate);
• Basic Power BI (desirable);
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Tools.

Main atributions:

• Support the Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM) in the consolidation of its processes, assisting in the routine and proposing improvements;
• Support Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM) in its routine, as well as: assist in the consolidation and presentation of indicators (KPI) inherent to maintenance;
• Analyze the main deviations in the KPI and propose corrective and preventive actions;
• Perform opening and closing of Service Orders (OS) in the maintenance management software (Engeman);
• Perform material requisitions;
• Assist in managing the control of recovered components;
• Propose improvements in PCM processes;
• Develop reports, dashboards and spreadsheets for managing PCM processes;
• Participate in weekly schedule and extraordinary planning meetings.
