The initiative, from the City Hall of Manaus, offers more than 40,000 spots in undergraduate courses, distributed among full and partial scholarships, at 15 private institutions in the capital.
The application period runs from 10 AM on this Monday (09/22/25) to 1 PM on October 2nd.

In total, the program has 40,388 spots for open competition, 2,286 for People with Disabilities (PwDs), and 1,053 reserved for candidates over 60 years old.
The scholarships can be for 100%, 75%, or 50%, in addition to a voluntary option, allowing more students to gain access to higher education.
The Scholarship Program covers 73 courses at 15 private institutions, with units spread across different areas of the city of Manaus, ensuring greater reach and accessibility for candidates.
How to Apply for the Scholarship Program
The application process is fully online, conducted through the Candidate Portal. To participate, it is necessary to create a registration using the CPF and an access password.
Next, the candidate must fill out the electronic form, divided into four stages, with all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk.
After completing the application, the system generates the Proof of Application, which must be printed by the candidate.
It is also necessary to issue the Family Income Declaration, via a specific link provided on the platform, for the document submission stage.
In the case of self-employment income, the candidate must present the Self-Employment Income Declaration.
If any family member falls into this condition, a specific declaration, duly filled out and signed, will be required.
Criteria to Participate in the Scholarship Program
To compete for the spots, the interested person must meet some basic requirements:
Be a native or naturalized Brazilian and reside in Manaus;
Have a family income per capita of up to 1.5 times the minimum wage;
Be enrolled or eligible for enrollment in one of the partner institutions;
Have completed high school or equivalent;
Not have a higher education diploma;
Not be enrolled in a public university or receiving benefits from other graduation programs.
These criteria aim to ensure that the scholarships reach the audience that truly needs support to enter university.
