Planning and Financial Analysis Analyst – SP
Graduation in Engineering or Business Administration. Postgraduate degree is a differential; Experience in Finance and advanced knowledge of Accounting (accounting knowledge, balance sheet, and cash flow); Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and desirable experience with SAP; Interpersonal skills, ease of communication, dynamism, and flexibility to engage and work with various areas to align schedules and lead discussions about the Budget; Language: Advanced English.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and control the Planning Cycle (Budget) schedule;
- Dialogues and alignment of dates with various areas of Braskem that participate in the Budget;
- Generate reports in SAP;
- Analyze variations in accounts that impact cash flow, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of results reported monthly;
- Preparation of the cash bridge with analysis and qualification of reported values;
- Support internal projects related to Cash Flow.
Supply Analyst – SP
Academic background in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; Fluent English; Spanish would be a differential; Knowledge in SAP.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for a large part of the IT contract portfolio, managing their portfolio and seeking results through negotiations and strategic planning with suppliers.
- Ensure controls in hiring processes and full adherence to internal procedures and company compliance policies, acting as a multiplier of formal procedures in the process and the Procurement Policy;
- Together with the Category Manager, develop action plans to seek synergies and opportunities for process improvements.
- Monitor and manage the performance and operational KPIs under their responsibility
