Requirements for Job Openings at Oceânica

To apply for the Logistics Assistant positions, Oceânica requires candidates to have at least a completed high school education. Furthermore, basic computer skills are essential, especially proficiency in the Office Suite, and prior experience in logistics is necessary.

Although not mandatory, the company considers basic courses in logistics or related fields to be an advantage, along with knowledge in inventory control and cargo handling.

Responsibilities

The Logistics Assistant at Oceânica will play a crucial role in the company’s day-to-day operations, being responsible for various essential activities for the smooth running of operations.

Responsibilities include the boarding and disembarking of materials and personnel, as well as the issuance of RT in SAP for material movements, transshipments, and shipments.

The position also requires negotiation with inspectors and Geplat of vessels and maritime units, in addition to intervening in the controls of PLSVs and maritime and aerial support for the scheduling of RTs.

The Logistics Assistant will also be in charge of controlling invoices from Oceânica and Petrobras, in addition to supporting the issuance of invoices as per Petrobras’s requirements.

Another important aspect of the job responsibilities is the control of documents and certificates of containers, both for Oceânica and Petrobras.

The Logistics Assistant will also be responsible for managing waste and effluent disposal, as well as the logistics of materials related to shipments to other Petrobras bases and the CRD.

The work will be conducted in person, with the employee present at Oceânica’s facility located in Macaé, Rio de Janeiro, in an onshore regime.
