The responsibilities of the position include tasks such as checking and archiving documents, controlling correspondence, supporting the organization of events, as well as providing support for pedagogical and administrative activities.
The candidate will also be responsible for preparing budgets and small purchases of services and materials, preparing reports and documents, and collaborating in the process of registering students' course completion.
Duties of the job vacancy
The School Secretary will perform various functions related to school administration.
