The candidate must have the ability to work with technological tools and control systems, as well as good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Among the main responsibilities are monitoring and controlling the movement of trains and cargo in the yard, coordinating the allocation of wagons, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Engineer Assistant (Shifter) — Conselheiro Lafaiete, Minas Gerais
MRS Logística is seeking an Engineer Assistant who must have completed high school and prior experience as an engineer assistant and/or shifter.
The professional will be responsible for assisting the production with the trains on the stretch, following the procedures and guidance of the responsible engineer.
Additionally, they will contribute to the shunting and formation of trains, performing the coupling and uncoupling of locomotives and wagons, and will inspect the locomotives and wagons, checking their operational conditions and executing the necessary checklist, informing the engineer about the equipment status.
