If you have always wanted to learn a new language, this is the perfect opportunity! The best part? The classes are free and open to students aged 15 and older. The free English course offered by the IFSertãoPE is aimed at beginners. Classes will start on October 15, 2024, and will be held at the Language Center (CeLIF) at the Petrolina Rural Campus, every Tuesday from 1 PM to 5 PM.

Basic Spanish: Placement Test and Exclusive Opportunity
If you want to improve your Spanish, the Basic Spanish Level II course offers a special opportunity. However, spots are more limited – only five are available – and to secure your place, you must pass a placement test. Registration is also free and can be done until October 8.
The placement test will be held on October 15 from 1 PM to 3 PM at CeLIF. If approved, the student will start classes on October 24, which will take place every Thursday from 1 PM to 4 PM. Like the English course, the Spanish course also has a workload of 60 hours.
