A global study revealed what the 10 most desired dream jobs in the world are. The list brings options that combine prestige, creative freedom, good salaries, and international opportunities
Since childhood, many people dream of unconventional professions. Being a pilot, for example, is an age-old desire of many children and continues to be one of the most desired careers in adulthood. In 2024, this profession tops the global ranking of so-called “dream jobs.”
A study conducted by the Resume.io platform analyzed online search data to find out which careers generate the most interest. The research considered terms like “How to become a [position]” or “How to be a [position]” in different languages and countries.
Among 170 countries evaluated, the profession of pilot ranked first, with over 1.3 million searches throughout the year. In Brazil and 33 other countries, it also appeared at the top of the dream jobs list.
