Free Professional Qualification with Direct Financial Support from Petrobras and IFSP
Petrobras, in partnership with the Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP), has opened registrations for the free industrial painting course in São José dos Campos.
The deadline is until August 31, 2025. Registration must be done exclusively online.
The initiative offers 20 spots with financial aid. The amount can reach R$ 858 per month. This ensures access to technical training and greater dedication.

Free Spots and Differentiated Financial Aid
In total, there are 20 spots at no cost for candidates. Additionally, approved applicants will receive R$ 660 monthly as financial support.
However, women with children up to 11 years old will have an increased grant of R$ 858. Thus, the benefit ensures social inclusion and support for families.
The aid facilitates staying in the course. Therefore, students can dedicate themselves more securely to the theoretical and practical activities offered.

Participation Criteria and Selection Priority
To participate, you must be 18 years or older and have completed primary education. These are the minimum requirements for registration.
The selection will prioritize residents of São José dos Campos and people in vulnerable situations. This priority ensures access to opportunities for those who need it most.
Similarly, historically underrepresented groups will have preference. These include women, people with disabilities, Black, mixed-race, Indigenous, quilombolas, transgender people, and refugees.
This initiative strengthens social inclusion. Furthermore, it enhances diversity in the industrial sector.
Course Structure and Duration
The course will last four months and will be conducted in-person at the São José Campus of IFSP.
The classes will take place from Monday to Friday evenings. Additionally, they will include practical activities on Saturday mornings.
The main objective is to train professionals. In this way, students will be prepared to meet the increasing demand in the industrial sector.
Thus, the course expands immediate job opportunities.
Selection Process and Start of Classes
The selection will be conducted by public lottery on September 8, 2025. Furthermore, the results will be announced only on September 12.
Consequently, classes will begin on October 20, 2025, with all held at the São José dos Campos Campus of IFSP.
In this sense, the location is situated at Rodovia Presidente Dutra, km 145 – Jardim Diamante, and access will be made exclusively through gate P4 of Petrobras.
Thus, the project solidifies itself as a gateway to the industrial market, as it strategically combines free training, financial aid, and social inclusion.
