Furthermore, the notice establishes that at least 15% of vacancies are reserved for female candidates, ensuring greater inclusion of women in the Ceará Military Police force.
The public tender also provides for the formation of a reserve list with 500 vacancies, 400 for open competition and 100 for quota candidates.
All vacancies are open to men and women with competition on equal terms, reinforcing the gender equity policy in state security forces.
Requirements for participation in the Ceará Military Police competition
To participate in the public competition, interested parties must meet the following requirements:
- Complete high school;
- Minimum age of 18 years and maximum of 29 years old until the date of registration;
- National Driving License (CNH) in category “B”.
The remuneration during training is R$2.773,35, value that rises to R$5.568,64 after graduation and appointment as a soldier in the Ceará Military Police.
In addition to the base salary, those approved will be entitled to food allowance, specific bonuses as GQP (Police Qualification Bonus), compensation for service reinforcement, social defense and citizenship bonus, and additional for activities performed.
Registration and fee amount
Registration for the public competition for the Military Police of Ceará can be carried out between the days April 22 and May 11, 2025, exclusively through the website of the State University of Ceará (UECE), which is the organizer of the competition.

Stages of the public competition for Military Police

Physical test will be decisive in the selection
Candidates approved in the initial stages of the public competition for the Military Police of Ceará will take the Physical Aptitude Test (TAF). The test has different requirements for men and women:
Men:
Abdominal in 1 minute: minimum of 42 repetitions;
Prone dynamic bar: minimum of 6 repetitions;
12-minute run: minimum 2.400m;
50 meter sprint: up to 9 seconds.
Women:
Abdominal in 1 minute: minimum of 38 repetitions;
Static bar in pronation (isometry): minimum of 10 seconds;
12-minute run: minimum 2.000m;
50 meter sprint: up to 10 seconds.
