Job Details
The position of Junior Operations Advisor I is part of the Sem Parar Businesses unit. The professional will work in post-sales, providing service to clients both in-person and remotely. Key responsibilities include:
- Define strategies with management, implementing and negotiating solutions aimed at increasing revenue, aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Conduct training with clients, either in-person or through online tools, ensuring full understanding and use of the solutions provided.
- Monitor usage and address any issues for new clients during the first months of the contract, ensuring a positive and effective experience.
- Attend, retain, and keep the client portfolio, monitoring volumes and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and control action plans for client retention and growth targets, through remote and in-person meetings, according to each client’s revenue.
Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid Class B driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel using a vehicle provided by the company.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, charts, dashboards) and the Office suite.
