This year, the National Service for Commercial Learning of Ceará (Senac Ceará) has more than 9,000 spots in free professional education courses with certification. In March and April alone, 300 spots will be offered in 15 courses distributed at Senac Center and the School of Gastronomy and Hospitality of Ceará, in Fortaleza, as well as the units in Aquiraz, Juazeiro do Norte, and Crato.

Waiter

Trains participants to work in lodging, events, and restaurants performing procedures to serve customers at the table and serve food and beverages.

Pattern Maker

Teaches participants to develop techniques for making patterns for women’s and men’s clothing, focusing on contributing to their professional performance.

Administrative Assistant

Teaches how to be a multifunctional professional that the job market seeks, learning to be a complete administrative assistant, helping in the processes of people management, marketing, logistics, sales, finance, and legal matters, meeting the demands of internal and external clients.

Digital Marketing Tools

To participate, candidates must meet the basic requirements: have a family income per capita of up to 2 minimum wages, be enrolled in or a graduate of Basic Education, be unemployed or employed.

Get to Know the Senac Free Program

Focused on the social and productive inclusion of adolescents, adults, and young people from less privileged social classes, Senac offers free courses for professional training, through the Senac Free Program (PSG), created by Decree No. 6,633 of November 5, 2008, and amended by Decree No. 9,364 of May 8, 2018.

Since its implementation, the PSG has been an important mechanism for expanding access for Brazilian citizens to Initial and Continuing Education (FIC) courses, as well as to Technical Professional Education at the Intermediate Level.

From 2021 until last year, there was a nearly 50% growth in program enrollments nationwide. Through initiatives like this, Senac stands out nationally as a reference institution in Professional Education, focusing efforts on the development of human beings in a broad sense, understanding education as a tool for social justice and citizenship.
