Raízen announced the opening of applications for the “Talentos Raízen 2026” program, aimed at university students from different courses and regions of the country. Applications can be submitted until June 21, through the company’s official website. The program offers positions in 11 Brazilian states, a R$ 2,000 stipend, and attractive benefits for students expected to graduate between July 2027 and July 2028.
Raízen’s opportunities are intended for candidates available to work six hours daily, totaling 30 hours per week. Additionally, the company seeks young individuals interested in developing a career in strategic areas of the corporate and industrial sectors.

The Raízen internship program includes sectors such as Finance, Engineering, Lubricants, Marketing, Sustainability, Operations, Audit, Pricing, IT, Transport, Trading, and Health and Environment (SSMA).

The positions in Raízen’s program have been distributed across different regions of the country. In the state of São Paulo, students can apply for opportunities in cities such as Araçatuba, Barueri, Bocaina, Guariba, Morro Agudo, Paulínia, Piracicaba, Ribeirão Preto, Valparaíso, and the capital, São Paulo.
In Paraná, Raízen will select candidates for units located in Araucária, Curitiba, and Maringá. In Pará, the internship opportunities include the municipalities of Belém and Itaituba. Meanwhile, in Minas Gerais, there are positions available in Belo Horizonte, Betim, Confins, Lagoa Santa, and Uberlândia.
The program also includes opportunities in Caxias and the city of Rio de Janeiro, as well as positions in Fortaleza, Ceará, Jequié, Salvador, and São Francisco do Conde, Bahia, Manaus, Amazonas, Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Palmas, Tocantins, and São Luís, Maranhão.
Benefits and stages of the selection process
Those approved in Raízen’s program will have access to a medical plan, dental plan, life insurance, meal voucher or internal restaurant, Wellhub, and a professional development track.
The company offers a stipend of R$ 2,000 and transportation assistance of R$ 194 or chartered transportation, depending on the job location.
Raízen Selection Process Schedule
The schedule for the Raízen Talents 2026 program begins with applications open until June 21. After that, candidates will undergo online tests and interviews.
Following this, the admission process for approved candidates will take place. The internship is expected to start between July and August 2026.
