Applications for the Spani Young Apprentice program are now open for young people who have graduated from high school and are looking for their first job. The Young Apprentice program helps young people from all over Brazil to get their first job, even without experience. It is worth noting that applications do not have a specific end date.

Requirements Proposed by Spani to Compete for First Job Openings

Spani did not inform the location of the vacancies for the Young Apprentice program, but young people with high school education seeking their first job must work in one of the company’s units located in the following cities: Mauá, Americana, Lorena, Jacareí, Bragança Paulista, Guarulhos, Várzea Paulista, Itaquaquecetuba, Tatuí, Caraguatatuba, Guaratinguetá, Marília, Resende, São João da Boa Vista, Volta Redonda, Cajamar, Pindamonhangaba, Mogi das Cruzes, São José dos Campos, Rio Claro, Atibaia, Diadema, São Paulo, Boituva, Bauru, and Itapetininga.

Spani did not disclose the number of available vacancies in the program, nor the benefits that young people with high school education will be entitled to, but to apply, one must meet the following requirements:

Interested in Spani’s Young Apprentice program? Then know that applying is simple; just visit the Spani website and select the box “apply for the position.”

You will need to attach a resume or simply fill out information about yourself, your experience, Skills & Interests, and other details. The company did not provide a deadline for applications, but it’s important that candidates do not put it off.

Although the company did not disclose the benefits that selected individuals will receive, it is possible to observe the rights guaranteed by the Learning Law, which the company is obligated to offer. Check the following:

Preparatory course in the company’s area of activity;
FGTS will continue to be paid if young people need to serve in the army;
Transportation voucher;
Right to 13th salary;
Compensation based on the national minimum wage, per hour, and is proportional to hours worked;

Working hours of up to 6 hours per day, less than “regular” work, with a prohibition of overtime;
2-year contract with the company with the possibility of conversion to full-time;
