New Tool and Ambitious Objectives
Aiming to secure a base of five new clients by the end of 2024 and triple that number the following year, the tool was created on SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition. Utilizing the SAP Qualified Partner-Packaged Solutions program, SPS EMM allows the creation of custom tools combined with the software of the German multinational. This solution follows the principles of Industry 4.0, unifying and optimizing processes, from calculations to the issuance of reports with cross-referenced data. This system is designed to minimize waste and provide greater efficiency in production.
SPS EMM was developed to meet companies with annual revenues exceeding R$ 100 million. With a history of success in specific solutions for manufacturing, such as PlantScanner, aimed at small and medium enterprises, SPS Group used this expertise to develop a more robust and comprehensive solution for larger organizations.
Flexibility and Compliance in the Industrial Sector
The new solution is tailored for various manufacturing verticals, covering the chemical to the food industry, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies. The tool’s functionalities include AI (Artificial Intelligence) features that encompass everything from productive, financial, quality, warehouse, and maintenance management to organizational structure, procurement, planned integrations, and sales and revenue control.
These modules offer benefits such as reduced losses, greater control, and quality of products, as well as optimization and cost reduction. Additionally, the solution promises a swift implementation, reducing the total project time by about 30% and yielding approximately 40% savings. According to Diego Bortolucci, head of the SPS Group’s S/4HANA area, ‘SPS EMM is a solution that is born with all the processes expected by the manufacturing industry.’
Diversification and International Expansion
The solution aims to bring to market an offering that accelerates production time, presenting differentiators such as innovation, SoD (Segregation of Duties) matrix, complete infrastructure including cybersecurity, cloud, analytical and predictive vision, as well as full support. This improves business efficiency and ensures training for both key and end users. After consolidating these results, the consultancy, which was the pioneer in Latin America to launch this integrated manufacturing solution within the SAP solutions package, is already planning to expand its presence both in Brazil and in the international LATAM landscape next year.
To achieve these objectives, the company intends to intensify its partnership with SAP and invest in marketing actions, aiming to attract manufacturing sector organizations that are currently migrating to or wish to migrate to GROW with SAP, presenting SPS EMM as a key ally. ‘We are optimistic about announcing yet another solution created by SPS, which focuses on elevating and ensuring the success of our clients.
