Petrobras Closes Subsea Contract with TechnipFMC, Which Will Supply Tools, Associated Services, and Spare Parts for the Voador and Marlim Fields, Along with the New RVC Technology That Features Software That Can Be Updated Remotely
TechnipFMC will supply manifolds for the Marlim and Voador fields, located off the Brazilian coast, following the closure of a Subsea contract with Petrobras. The company will deliver up to 8 manifolds for production and injection, through a fully electric robotic valve controller designed to analyze system performance in real-time. The subsea contract also includes the delivery of tools, associated services, and spare parts.

About Petrobras Fields
The Marlim and Voador fields are located in water depths ranging from 400m to 1,050m, covering an area of 339.3 km2, approximately 150km from Macaé, on the northern coast of the state of Rio de Janeiro.
The Marlim and Voador fields, operated by Petrobras, produced an average of 68,800 barrels of oil per day only between January and October last year. Both are part of the Marlim Cluster, which also includes other production concessions Marlim Sul and Marlim Leste.
Last year, Petrobras announced that it had initiated the opportunity disclosure phase to sell 50% of its stake in the oil field concessions.
