The notice, published on January 30, 2025, aims to select scholarship tutors to operate in distance education.
The initiative seeks to enhance the quality of remote teaching and promote the academic development of students.
The primary position offered is Distance Education Tutor, and selected professionals will have the opportunity to work remotely, assisting students, mediating discussions, and promoting an efficient learning environment.
Additionally, the tutor plays a fundamental role in adapting the content for the digital format, ensuring that the applied methodology favors learning.
Responsibilities of the Distance Education Tutor

- Continuous Academic Support: tutors will be responsible for guiding students regarding the curriculum content and resolving queries;
- Mediation of Activities: they will assist in applying exercises and assessments within virtual learning environments;
- Monitoring of Performance: analyzing students’ progress will be one of the main responsibilities, aimed at identifying difficulties and proposing pedagogical solutions;
- Use of Educational Technology: the tutor will need to master digital platforms and distance learning tools to enhance students’ learning.
Openings and Requirements
There are 6 openings for tutors, with strict selection criteria. To participate in the process, candidates must meet the following requirements:
