SENAI Offers CLT Hiring for Mechatronics Professor with Classes from 6:30 PM to 11:10 PM, Hourly Rate of R$ 63.99 with Possibility of Reclassification up to R$ 84.64 According to Qualifications, Reserve Registration 2026 and Process in the Regions of Botucatu and São José do Rio Preto

SENAI has opened a selection for Higher Education and Academic Professor in Mechatronics, with CLT regime and night shift from 6:30 PM to 11:10 PM, in Botucatu and São José do Rio Preto. Registration requires the exclusive submission of the resume via the Lattes platform, in a text file accepted by the system, and choice of region at the time of application.

The hourly rate starts at R$ 63.99 with DSR and activity hour, and can be reclassified between R$ 66.69 and R$ 84.64 at SENAI’s discretion, according to academic and professional qualifications and evidence. The registrations are open until November 16, 2025 and the process will form a reserve registration for 2026.

Academic Requirements and Experience

Eligible professionals have a degree in the field and postgraduate or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electro-electronics, Automation, Industrial Mechatronics, Robotics, or related areas, with minimum specialization in these fields.

Required Technical Knowledge

The scope requires mastery of mechanics, automation, industrial mechatronics, and robotics, as well as calculus, CAD, CAE, CAM, materials technology, electricity and electronics, electrical machines, conventional and CNC machining, electro-hydraulics, electro-pneumatics, project management, IoT, and integrated systems.

Discipline bibliography and evaluation instruments need to be operated with methodological safety.

Research methods and techniques, teaching planning, learning assessment, and the use of specific area applications and the Quality Management System are also required.

Operation of laboratories and equipment according to safety standards is an integral part of the routine.

Work Schedule, Contract, and Compensation

The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, from 6:30 PM to 11:10 PM, with a CLT contract for a fixed or indefinite term according to the semester schedule.

The number of classes and the weekly distribution will be confirmed at the time of admission.

The hourly base is R$ 63.99, with DSR and activity hour, and possibility of reclassification up to R$ 84.64 according to qualification and institutional evaluation.

Benefits follow SENAI’s current policy for CLT ties.

Teaching and Technological Activities

The professor must plan, prepare, and teach classes in their specialty in Higher Education Courses, guide projects and research, evaluate student performance, and develop support materials.

The role includes technical and technological assistance work, tests, assessments, and research within the informed competence.

Preparation of teaching plans, specification of inputs, and compliance with safety standards are ongoing responsibilities.

Integration with multidisciplinary teams and management of laboratory schedules are part of the routine.

Registration requires a resume exclusively generated from Lattes at the indicated address, in .docx, .doc, .pdf, .txt or .rtf format.

Files with images or PDF generated from images will not be accepted. It is necessary to choose the region of interest at the time of registration.
