Usiminas announced the approval of a new steel specifically designed for use in solar panel mounting structures and is now the only company in the world to have such a product.
The announcement was made on May 29, which celebrates World Energy Day, a date created to encourage the use of renewable energies on the planet.
The steel developed by Usiminas Solutions elevates the company to the level of the only manufacturer of a unique type of steel for this segment.
