University of São Paulo Seeks Qualified Professionals to Work in Piracicaba with Benefits Under the CLT Regime
The University of São Paulo (USP) announced the opening of registrations for a public competition aimed at filling a position for Electrical Engineer, with specialization in Electrical Systems, in the city of Piracicaba.
The selection process, governed by announcement no. 08/2025, offers an attractive salary of R$ 10,742.56 for a workload of 40 hours per week. The hiring will be conducted under the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) regime, guaranteeing selected candidates a series of benefits.

- Certification in electrical safety (NR10) with a workload of 40 hours.

- Proven experience in bidding processes and engineering contracts.

Structure of the Selection Process
The selection process will take place in two main phases. The first stage consists of a multiple-choice objective test with 60 questions, covering everything from institutional regulations to specific technical knowledge. This test is scheduled for April 13, 2025 and will serve to eliminate and classify candidates.
Those who pass this phase will advance to the second stage, which will be a dissertative test addressing a proposed practical situation. The tests will occur simultaneously in several cities, including Ribeirão Preto and São Paulo.
Registrations and Conditions
Registrations for the USP public competition will be open from February 19 to March 18, 2025, until noon. Interested parties must register through the FUVEST online platform.
The registration fee is R$ 165.00, with options for exemption or reduction for candidates who meet the requirements specified in the announcement.
