Additionally, the professional will be responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities for civil works, such as repairs in masonry, furniture, and painting of environments.
Regarding air conditioning equipment maintenance, the technician must carry out activities ranging from assembling and disassembling equipment, cleaning filters and enclosures, to adjustments according to current procedures.
The preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic and electrical networks is also under their responsibility, including repairs in sanitary and storm drainage systems, replacing light bulbs, outlets, and electrical circuits, among other functions.
Another area of activity involves the maintenance of automation systems and telecommunications networks, as well as specialized equipment, such as mobile units, audiology cabins, and dental cabinets.
