Sweet Job Openings! Fini, Multinational Candy Producer, Hires 62 Professionals for New Distribution Center in São Paulo (SP)

The majority of job openings at Fini, according to Carlos Guimarães, are intended for those without higher education, with or without experience in the field to be hired. These are services intended for manual and rough tasks. 

The Fini Company is a corporate brand that owns Fini in Brazil, and, in short, it is a leader in the candy market and production of gummies, and is currently offering job openings for the distribution sector in the state of São Paulo (SP). There are at least 62 opportunities aimed at this field. 

In partnership with Dr. Good, they are inaugurating a distribution center for the creation of supplements and new gummy candies. Thus, they will need more than 60 professionals to work on-site. The workspace is located in Jundiaí, São Paulo, where the company’s office will also be located, which will eventually hire people for administration and positions requiring complete higher education. Currently, they are moving to a city where they will have a space about 2 times larger than the previous company, amounting to at least 40,000 square meters and more than 38,000 pallets. 

“To enable the operation of the new warehouse, which has a 100% in-house logistics team, 62 professionals were hired, including assistants, inspectors, handlers, forklift operators, analysts, leaders, and coordinators, totaling 207 employees,” says Carlos Guimarães, Logistics Director of The Fini Company. 

In addition to job openings, Fini has logistical support from 44 carriers in São Paulo

The company reported that, in addition to job openings, it is opening opportunities for carriers: they have at least 44 third-party carriers, each with different specializations. In other words, some are focused on party supplies while others cater to the institution’s online store. Daily, it is estimated that more than 60 trucks leave the institution’s warehouse to make deliveries destined for all of Brazil. 

The company The Fini Company has been undergoing logistical changes over the past three years, and for this to be possible, it is important to emphasize that the institution had to hire new professionals to work in this growth sector. After all, it aims  to improve process speed, reduce costs, and automate deliveries to various Brazilian regions. Jundiaí is an important city for the institution and aids in inventory management with a larger space. 

Currently, The Fini Company operates around the clock, as the company does not close. According to the brand, it is receiving approximately 10,000 orders each month for delivery. In total, there are 4 large teams working together to fulfill and deliver the requested items.
