Requirements:
Experience in the area of innovation, especially in innovation culture;
Bachelor’s degree required. Postgraduate degree will be an advantage;
Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies and Project Management;
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, OKRs, and Lean Startup.
Summer Internship Portugal
Candidates from the fields: Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering (Electrotechnical; Mechanical; Industrial Management; Computer Science; Chemical), Mathematics, Finance and Accounting, Communication, or other Social Sciences.
Profile: Preferably a final year student in Undergraduate or first-year Master’s in one of the identified areas; Willingness to gain work experience during the summer; Enjoys working in a team, in a global environment; Energy and enthusiasm to make an impact on challenging projects.
Internship Locations: Mainly in Lisbon and Porto, but there are opportunities in other locations in the country (Coimbra, Guarda, Seia, Sines, Viseu, and Caniçada). Duration of the internship: 1, 2, or 3 months.
Planning and Control Analyst
Desired Profile: Intermediate English.
Required Knowledge: Knowledge of OBZ methodology – Zero-Based Budgeting; Degree in financial areas or related fields; Knowledge of Power BI, SQL and/or Python, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
