This happens because the company announced on its opportunities page, as checked on this Monday (08) by the Click Petroleo e Gas team, that it has job openings for people looking to work in the food organization.

In total, according to the check, Seara, which is owned by the JBS group, recognized as one of the global leaders in the food industry, has 18 job openings. These opportunities are intended for people residing in the following states: Santa Catarina, Mato Grosso, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Pará.

The company’s intention, which has over 60 years of history, is to recruit employees who meet the requirements of the positions and want to grow within the company, which aims to offer products that provide convenience, trust, and innovation to consumers’ tables. The Job Openings At Seara

As mentioned, today, Seara has 18 job openings available. Some of these opportunities are for the position of Production Supervisor. In this role, the recruit will be primarily responsible for supervising all production processes according to current regulations, aiming to meet the company’s goals.

This same recruit will also need to supervise the fixed and variable expenses of the department, aiming to adhere to the established budget while managing and controlling product yield, avoiding losses in the manufacturing process.

Another position with job openings is for Quality Analyst, a role in which the selected candidate must ensure the operation of the central physical-chemical laboratory, refining, and filling of margarines/fats, by monitoring the needs for materials (glassware and reagents) and controlling the maintenance/calibration of equipment.

The roles of Human Resources Analyst and Billing/Fiscal Receipt Analyst also have openings available. In the first role, the hired individual will be responsible for implementing Human Resources processes.

Thus, they will aim to meet the needs of internal clients, considering corporate policies, and can operate in the subsystems of training and development, compensation, recruitment, etc.

In the second role, the Billing/Fiscal Receipt Analyst will be responsible for acting in the process of issuing invoices for products and services. This person will also work, for example, on calculating taxes and rates, dealing with taxes and fiscal codes.
