The Volvo, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of trucks, construction equipment, buses, and more, recently announced the opening of registrations for its selection process, which aims to provide dozens of vacancies in its internship program for candidates without experience. The opportunities are aimed at higher education students in Paraná. Interns will engage in a journey involving job rotation, project delivery, and access to training, touch points, and lectures.
Requirements Required By Volvo To Participate In The Vacancies Without Experience
Those interested in applying for the opportunities must meet the company’s requirements, such as: being enrolled in higher education, having knowledge of Excel, possessing basic to advanced English skills, and a graduation date expected between December 2024 and January 2026.
Additionally, having knowledge of Spanish, PowerPoint, and Word can be a great differential in the selection process. The program will last for 2 years, and interns without experience will work 30 hours per week, equivalent to 6 hours daily. The company will accept students from the following fields:

Students Without Experience Interested In Participating In The Internship Program Must Register Through The Program Website. To complete the registration, you will need to register your email on the platform, as well as other information.
The selection process will consist of 6 stages: registration, online tests, interview with the Internship Company, interview with the partner company, interview with the department manager, feedback, and admission.
Those who are approved in the selection process will receive a scholarship that can range from R$ 1,400 to R$ 1,600, in addition to benefits such as meal vouchers, medical plan, cafeteria, dental plan, transport, Vidalink, Viking Association, Gympass, among others.
