Free technology training creates opportunity for young people to develop practical skills in computer maintenance, with in-person evening classes, a certificate upon completion, and a focus on knowledge applicable to daily life and the start of a professional career.

The Executive Secretariat of Youth has opened registrations for a free computer maintenance course aimed at young people aged 15 and over, in Campo Grande, with a proposal for quick and accessible training in an area linked to the world of technology.

With a concentrated duration between May 4th and 7th, the training will be held in the evening and guarantees a 20-hour certificate to participants who complete all activities planned over the four days of classes.

Activities are scheduled to take place from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, at the Paço Municipal Theater, located at Avenida Afonso Pena, 3297, in the central region of the city, which facilitates travel for young people coming from different neighborhoods.

Due to the limited number of vacancies, it is recommended to register as soon as possible through the online channel provided by Sejuv, to avoid missing out on a short-term training with high demand.

Free technology training

By structuring the initiative, the municipal body seeks to expand young people’s access to introductory content in the technological area, offering an initial foundation that can contribute to both personal use and possible career paths in the job market.

During the four-day course, participants will have contact with basic content related to computer maintenance, combining theoretical explanations with practical activities that facilitate understanding of how equipment works.

Among the main topics covered are notions of hardware, identification of common failures, and execution of simple maintenance procedures, allowing students to develop autonomy in everyday situations.

Furthermore, the pedagogical proposal seeks to present knowledge that can be used in different contexts, whether to solve domestic computer problems or as a first contact with an expanding professional area.

Practical classes and certificate

Designed as an objective introduction, the course organizes content progressively, allowing students to understand everything from component identification to the analysis of recurring failures in everyday equipment.

Throughout the classes, it will be possible to follow initial verification and maintenance procedures, with guidance focused on practical understanding of the steps involved, without requiring advanced prior knowledge from participants.

At the end of the training, students who complete the workload will receive a 20-hour certificate, a document that can be used to prove participation in qualification activities, especially relevant for those starting to build their resume.

This type of certification is often considered in selection processes and can serve as a differential for young people seeking initial opportunities, especially in areas that value basic technical knowledge.

Registrations open for young people

Young people aged 15 and over can participate in the training, which was planned to serve both students and those who are already seeking market entry and need quick qualification in a short period of time.

By taking place in the evening, the course expands access for those who have commitments during the day, such as school or work, ensuring greater flexibility for participation throughout the four scheduled meetings.

Another factor that contributes to adherence is the short duration of the training, allowing learning to be concentrated in a few days without compromising other routine activities of the participants.

Held at the Paço Municipal Theater, the course takes place in an easily accessible area within the city, which favors the participation of young people from different regions and expands the reach of the initiative.

How to register for the course

To guarantee a spot, interested parties must register online, through the website of the Executive Secretariat of Youth, responsible for organizing the training and the participant selection process.
