Requirements Required by WEG: Completed Elementary Education.
Additionally, it is mandatory for the candidate to have the following courses: NR-11, which qualifies the Non-Embarcated Crane Operator; NR-35, which deals with Safety for Work at Heights; and NR-33, which addresses Safety and Health in Confined Space Work, with certification for both Authorized Worker and Watchman.

Requirements Required by WEG: Completed higher education in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Production Engineering, Materials Engineering, or similar areas.
Enhancements in surface treatment, paints, or painting processes are considered a plus.
The candidate must have colorimetry knowledge and skills with the Office package, and proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable.
