Occupational Safety Technician

The mid-level occupational safety technician will work on a management project in the gas segment and will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Conduct safety training and DDS.
  • Support and ensure the effectiveness of compliance with safety procedures in various activities on the job site.
  • Develop and evaluate preliminary risk analyses – APRs.
  • Assess the safety documentation of contractors.
  • Critical analysis of the safety management process.
  • Conduct behavioral audits on job sites.
  • Perform field inspections to verify compliance with safety requirements regarding processes, tools, and equipment.
  • Generate reports with deviations and hazards identified during field inspections and behavioral audits.
  • Maintain a routine of meetings with contractors to ensure compliance with legal safety requirements.
  • Participate in accident investigations.
