Consumers with products still suspended can request exchange or refund through Ypê’s official channels; see which items remain affected
The company announced on June 18, 2026, that customers can now request exchange or refund of the affected items.
The measure applies to products whose batch number ends in 1 and have not yet received authorization for use or sale.

Anvisa expanded the release of products manufactured in March
The situation of the products began to change after new analyses conducted by Anvisa.
On May 29, 2026, the agency initially authorized the sale of items manufactured from April of that year.
The release was expanded on June 15, 2026, covering other categories and manufacturing periods.
Liquid dishwashers and disinfectants produced from March 1, 2026, were released.
The decision included products manufactured during March, which were previously still suspended.
Liquid laundry detergents continue with greater restriction
Liquid laundry detergents remain released only when manufactured from April 1, 2026.
Items in this category produced until March 31, 2026, with batch ending in 1, remain suspended.
These products should not be used, sold, or distributed until a new authorization is published by Anvisa.
The restriction also remains valid for part of the liquid dishwashers and disinfectants manufactured at the beginning of 2026.
Products from January and February still await decision
The liquid dishwashers and disinfectants produced in January and February 2026 have not yet received approval.
Ypê states that the reports regarding these products have already been sent to Anvisa.
The documents remain under review, with no new decision announced so far.
Consumers should check the category, manufacturing date, and batch number before using any item affected by the suspension.
Consumers should separate the product and avoid disposal
Products still suspended should remain separated and stored in a safe place.
Use is not recommended while the restriction remains in effect.
Disposal should also be avoided, as consumers can request refund or exchange directly with the company.
Options available to consumers
Refund: can be requested via the customer service phone numbers or the official portal provided by Ypê. Payment is made exclusively through Pix.
Exchange: should be requested only through the phone channels provided by the company.

Consumers can contact Ypê through three official numbers:
- 0800 002 6071: 24-hour service;
- 0800 278 0024: service from Monday to Sunday, from 9 am to 6 pm;
- 0800 130 0544: service from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
Ypê informs that it will conduct the necessary steps after the first contact from the consumer.
The procedure aims to reduce customer effort and facilitate the replacement of products that remain suspended.
Exchange expands options for consumers
The expansion of service offers a new solution for those who still have products affected by Anvisa’s decision.
The procedure previously disclosed mainly highlighted financial reimbursement.
The exchange has become an additional option for customers who prefer to receive another product.
The recommendation remains clear: suspended items must be kept separate, unused, and not discarded until the service is completed.
