To Enroll in Capes’ Free Online Courses, Students Have Until June 26. Don’t Miss It!
Capes (Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel), in partnership with the MEC, has opened 25,000 spots for free courses. The courses have a duration of 60 hours for subjects in Portuguese, Mathematics, and Information and Communication Technologies.

According to the president of Capes, Benedito Aguiar, “With this initiative, the federal government reinforces its commitment to education, enabling the qualification of thousands of young people through updated and quality courses.”

Undergraduate students, high school graduates, and students enrolled in the Open University of Brazil (UAB) can register. The courses have been available since April and have been reviewed and updated by specialists in the fields. Upon completing the course, students will receive a certificate issued by Capes with the completed hours.
