The response exceeded any expectations. By Sunday, October 3, 2021, about 1,600 people had contributed, totaling more than 33,000 dollars, equivalent to approximately 180,000 reais. The mother said that her son was very happy to realize that so many people were proud of his attitude. The collective gesture turned a simple act of obedience into a concrete reserve for the child’s educational future.
