Eneva, a private energy generation company with expertise in E&P and access to onshore gas, is hiring for positions in the States of Rio de Janeiro and Maranhão. The job openings are for the positions of specialist geophysicist, commercialization specialist, commercialization analyst, and instrumentation supervisor.

The contracted capacity is 2.7 GW, 81% of which is operational. Specialist Geophysicist

Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Geophysics, with a master’s degree in geosciences in the oil and gas area being a differential;
Knowledge of petroleum systems, Geo-statistics, Volumetrics, seismic processing, and interpretation of applied potential methods in the oil industry;
Extensive experience in oil and gas exploration in Brazilian sedimentary basins, especially Paleozoic ones is essential;
Skills in acoustic inversion, elastic inversion, and special attributes;
Experience in 2D/3D seismic acquisition projects, as well as in monitoring seismic processing for quality control.

Energy and Natural Gas Commercialization Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics;
Experience in the commercial area, especially in the gas and energy market;
Experience in the analysis and studies of the Natural Gas or LNG market;
Knowledge of energy or natural gas sector regulation (Federal and State);
Willingness to travel;
Advanced English.

Natural Gas Commercialization Analyst – Pl

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
Experience in oil and gas companies;
Knowledge of analyses and studies of the Natural Gas or LNG market;
Advanced English;
Willingness to travel.

Instrumentation Supervisor

Experience in activities related to electrical maintenance, instrumentation, and people management is required;
Proven experience in Thermoelectric Plants with turbines (gas and/or steam turbines);
Experience with Wartsila engines and maintenance in substations with voltage equal to or greater than 230Kv;
Essential experience in Power Generation Plants;
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields. Technical course in Electrotechnics, Electrical, Instrumentation.
