Engineering Tools Specialist

Job Summary: Define, sustain, and develop systemic solutions, engineering tools, and applications to automate and refine processes and calculations related to product engineering. Develop requirements for various automation processes based on sector needs with a focus on quality.

Some Responsibilities Include:

• Define and implement automation solutions based on engineering needs;
• Automate and digitize various processes;
• Develop systems and applications in various programming languages and architectures;
• Support, maintain, and refactor engineering applications;
• Monitor and update technologies and systems;

Machine Operator

Prepare, program, and operate medium and large horizontal milling machines, ISO Fanuc CNC programming, perform milling, interpolation, drilling, complex machining in 2D and 3D, carry out dimensional controls and report in control spreadsheets, perform bench work and adjustments when necessary, take care of the equipment and work area.

Some Responsibilities Include:

• Produce parts in accordance with project specifications, ensuring dimensional conformity, GD&T, roughness, and other project-specific characteristics.
• Carry out machining tasks, preparing and operating various machine tools, following the drawings, specifications, and required shapes, as well as providing necessary finishing.
• Inspect all machined parts using measuring instruments to verify that they conform to the drawings and pre-established instructions.
• Assemble manufactured tools or devices, making necessary adjustments to ensure their perfect functioning.

Services Specialist – Rotating Machines

Key responsibilities include developing and overseeing electrical and mechanical projects for electric machines based on the specifications contained in the technical proposal and the surveys conducted with the client, establishing operational processes that enable technically and economically viable solutions, specifying and analyzing materials and equipment that meet the needs of each project.

Some Responsibilities Include:

• Provide technical support for rotating electric machine projects, manufacturing, and final testing.
• Create customer and manufacturing drawings, cutting plans, layouts, and technical instructions in accordance with industrial standards and following the bill of materials.
• Create bill of materials in ERP (Symix).
• Perform various mechanical analyses of different components of electric machines, such as thermal analysis, noise, structural and modal analyses, bearing selection, rotodynamic and torsional analyses, always accompanied by the relevant documentation.
