Aeris Energy announced yesterday (04/16) openings for professionals with experience in the wind sector, including positions for Maintenance Assistant, Industrial Climber for inspections, Technical Leader, and Repair Technician to work at its factory in Ceará.
The company is a Brazilian manufacturer of wind blades that operates in a strategic location, combining state-of-the-art facilities and effective processes through trained professionals to develop high-quality products.
Blade Maintenance Assistant
- Activities: Assist in activities related to external services on wind blades; Assist in inspecting the blades to identify possible damages; Support repairs on blades and their components in wind farms, following guidelines while respecting the established parameters for the area;
- Benefits: Health plan, dental plan; Company transportation, life insurance, profit-sharing; Transfer allowance and daily travel allowance.
- Requirements / Knowledge: Willingness to travel and relocate to Ceará; Completed High School; Experience in wind blade repairs is preferred;
Industrial Climber N2
- Activities: Prepare the structure for rope access, aiming to ensure safety during activities and inspect access equipment; Monitor the activities of the Climber team (Level 1), and if necessary, perform rope rescues;
- Benefits: Health plan, dental plan; Company transportation, life insurance, profit-sharing; Transfer allowance and daily travel allowance.
- Requirements / Knowledge: Willingness to travel and relocate to Ceará; Experience with rappelling in wind farms; Preparation of basic safety documents APR, PT, PET; Computer skills (Excel and Word).
Technical Leader
- Activities: Lead corrective and preventive maintenance work in wind farms to meet customer demands, in compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards and procedures; Monitor and guide the services performed by the team regarding operational and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance;

- Requirements / Knowledge: Technician in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related fields; Willingness to travel and relocate to Ceará; Experience in wind blade repairs; Computer skills (Excel and Word).
Blade Repair Technician
- Activities: Execute repairs on wind blades in accordance with the immediate supervisor’s guidelines, aiming to meet established quality, time, and cost parameters; Contribute to the corrective and preventive maintenance process in wind farms, maintaining quality standards by detecting and correcting non-conformities; Fill out control documents for executed services.

- Requirements / Knowledge: Willingness to travel and relocate to Ceará; Completed or ongoing Technical Education; Experience in wind blade repairs; Computer skills (Excel and Word).
