To participate in the Young Apprentice program, candidates must meet some requirements proposed by the company for the positions, such as being aged between 18 and 22 years at the time of application. If the candidate is a PCD, the minimum age is 18, and there is no maximum age limit.
It will be necessary to have completed high school, not have any other training or technical qualifications in the chosen area, and have full-time availability. Additionally, it will be necessary to have the following documentation:

- Military Service Certificate
