Applications Open Until January 25, 2026 Bring Together Students from Various Fields, with Comprehensive Benefits and a Structured Professional Development Path
A new entry opportunity in the engineering and infrastructure sector was announced in early January 2026. Andrade Gutierrez, one of the largest companies in the field in Latin America, confirmed the opening of applications for the Internship Program 2026, aimed at training university students expected to graduate in 2027.
In total, 52 in-person positions have been made available, strategically distributed between São Paulo, Minas Gerais, and Rio de Janeiro, focused on the technical, institutional, and behavioral development of future professionals.

Distribution of Positions Reveals Strategic Regional Focus
Initially, the largest concentration of opportunities is in São Paulo, which has 26 positions, covering the capital and the municipality of Barueri. Next, Minas Gerais has 14 positions, located in Belo Horizonte, Nova Lima, and Brumadinho. Finally, Rio de Janeiro has 12 positions, all requiring in-person presence.

In all cases, the expected workload is 30 hours per week, equivalent to 6 hours a day, allowing the internship to be balanced with academic routines. This way, students can experience, from early on, the real dynamics of the company’s offices and projects.
Required Academic Profile Expands the Program’s Reach
The selection process has been structured to encompass a wide range of academic backgrounds. Thus, students from courses in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Architecture, Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Propaganda, Psychology, Financial Management, as well as Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, and various Engineering fields, such as Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, Mining, Petroleum, Production, and Software Engineering, may participate.
However, regardless of the field, one criterion remains central: the expected graduation between July and December 2027, as officially disclosed in the program’s regulations.
Progressive Stipend and Structured Benefits
One of the key points of the Internship Program 2026 is the progressive stipend, structured in two cycles. In the first year, the monthly amount is R$ 1,900. Subsequently, in the second year, the stipend is adjusted to R$ 2,200, following the company’s internal parameters.
In addition to remuneration, selected interns will have access to medical assistance, life insurance, paid leave, transportation vouchers, as well as a dental plan depending on the location, meal vouchers or food vouchers, or on-site meals, and access to Wellhub or TotalPass.
Applications Remain Open Until January 2026
Applications are open until January 25, 2026 and must be submitted through Companhia de Estágios, responsible for conducting the selection process, as officially communicated during the same period.
The selection is part of the company’s ongoing strategy for renewing talent, aligned with the current demands of the infrastructure and engineering sector in Brazil.
Development Path and Possibility of Hiring
In addition to practical experience, the program offers a structured development path, with continuous monitoring and encouragement for professional growth. The possibility of hiring exists, but it depends on individual performance and future needs of the organization.
Given this scenario, the program consolidates itself as a relevant entry point for students seeking practical experience in one of the largest companies in the sector.
