With V8 Engine, Kevlar Armoring and Starlit Red Interior, Custom Pickup Truck for Shaquille O’Neal Is Valued at R$ 19.6 Million
The former basketball player Shaquille O’Neal now has a car that matches his height of 2.16 m. The NBA legend ordered a pickup truck fully customized to his size, with a rugged look and luxurious finish.
The project was carried out by the company West Coast Customs, known for vehicle customizations. The order was placed last year. Now, the model is ready and has been named Apocalypse6x6.
Even with a name suggesting six wheels, the pickup truck has four wheels and 4×4 traction. The base of the project is a Ram 1500 TRX, which underwent a series of changes.

The V8 engine with a supercharger was retained, delivering around 700 horsepower.
The body was completely modified. All panels are armored with Kevlar and painted in matte black.
The front features new headlights and a redesigned grille. The style is aggressive, yet refined.
Inside, the interior impresses just as much as the outside. The cabin received upholstery in shiny red leather, including seats and doors.
The ceiling was customized with lighting that simulates a starlit sky, inspired by cars from the Rolls-Royce brand.
Other details have also been redone. The steering wheel, dashboard, and interior finishes were custom-designed.
At the rear, there are new seats and a high-powered sound system, ensuring comfort and entertainment for all occupants.
The estimated value of the pickup truck is US$ 3.5 million, which is equivalent to about R$ 19.6 million. The project draws attention for its luxury, exclusivity, and adaptations made specifically for the size of Shaquille O’Neal.
The transformation took months to complete. Now, the former athlete has one of the most customized vehicles ever produced for a sports celebrity in his hands.
