The Last Few Days Have Been Marked By Good News For Those Who Dream Of Conquering A Public Position. This Is Because Numerous Announcements Have Been Made.

One of these announcements was published by the Ministry of Management, which intends to hire 200 professionals in various areas. This includes an initial salary of R$ 8,300 and a food allowance of R$ 1,000 for the employees.

The Vacancies In The Competition

As mentioned, there are a total of 200 vacancies for specialists in technology, logistics, and management, divided as follows, with 20% for black candidates and 5% for people with disabilities.

  • 45 vacancies for process management specialists (with 34 for general competition, 9 for black candidates, and 2 for candidates with disabilities);
  • 40 vacancies for software development specialists (with 30 for general competition, 8 for black candidates, and 2 for candidates with disabilities);
  • 35 vacancies for data science specialists (with 26 for general competition, 7 for black candidates, and 2 for candidates with disabilities);
  • 30 vacancies for business process analysis specialists (with 22 for general competition, 6 for black candidates, and 2 for candidates with disabilities);
  • 20 vacancies for information security and data protection specialists (with 15 for general competition, 4 for black candidates, and 1 for a candidate with a disability);
  • 15 vacancies for UX – user experience specialists (with 11 for general competition, 3 for black candidates, and 1 for a candidate with a disability);
  • 15 vacancies for IT infrastructure specialists (with 11 for general competition, 3 for black candidates, and 1 for a candidate with a disability).

The approved candidates will work 40 hours a week, and it is important to remember that some of the vacancies require the candidate to have a master’s or doctoral degree and at least five years of professional experience.

How To Register For The Competition

Interested individuals can register for the competition starting this Thursday (02) until May 20, on the website of the AOCP Institute, responsible for the selection process.

Those registered in the Unified Cadaster for Federal Government Social Programs (CadÚnico) or who are bone marrow donors may request an exemption from the registration fee until the next day, May 06, through a form on the organizing agency’s website.

Content Of The Test

In total, there will be 70 multiple-choice questions on the test. Of these, five will be on Portuguese, five on logical reasoning, five on administrative law, five on public sector management, five on digital government, and 45 on specific knowledge.

For candidates for project management specialists, there will be a change, as they will answer ten questions on digital government instead of five on digital government and five on public sector management.

When The Test Will Be Held

So far, there has been no confirmation regarding the date of the Ministry of Management competition test. In any case, the announcement provides that the exam is to be held in the afternoon of June 30 in all state capitals. Depending on the number of applicants, there is a possibility of conducting the test in other cities.
