According to FIESC, the role is aimed at professionals with a technical qualification in safety and a professional registration issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE).
A National Driver’s License (CNH) category B is also required. The institution states that a minimum experience of six months in the area is desirable.
The selected professional will work on the implementation of occupational safety and health policies, with a focus on accident and occupational disease prevention.

Starting from October 29, candidates participate in the Cultural Fit and Competencies Test, which evaluates the alignment of the professional profile with the institutional values.
Next, there is a curricular and documentary analysis phase, where records and certificates are verified.
The final phase includes a practical evaluation, consisting of a case study and a technical interview, which allows observation of the candidate’s applied knowledge level.
The final results will be announced after all stages are completed, according to FIESC.

The work regime is monthly, with 200 hours per month.

Activities include monitoring security conditions in industrial and educational units, identifying occupational risks, guiding on preventive procedures, and assisting in the preparation of technical reports.
