Baker Hughes, a GE company (NYSE: BHGE), announced on August 2, 2017, the merger between the companies. The transaction, which combines GE’s oil and gas business with Baker Hughes, is complete. The new company is the first and only to combine leading industry equipment, services, and digital solutions across the entire spectrum of oil and gas development.

The contract scope is for professionals graduated in various Engineering fields and Technicians. All must comply with their Professional Councils, have the availability to work in offshore and onshore environments in the city of Macaé or in other states of Brazil.
