Applications Open for BMW’s Free Course! 30 Spots Available for Young People Who Dream of Visiting the Company’s Factory in Brazil.

Do you dream of entering the job market and having the chance to work for one of the largest companies in the world? Then don’t miss this opportunity! The German multinational BMW has opened applications for the second edition of the BMW Generation project, which offers spots in a free course for professional training for adolescents aged 16 to 18 in Araquari (SC), the city where one of its factories is located.

The free course for professional qualification (BMW Generation) is an initiative aimed at preparing young people for the challenges of the job market, offering a comprehensive training program that includes:

Behavioral Skills: professional posture, teamwork, communication, and time management.
Technical Competencies: financial and business management, purchasing and logistics management, and people management.
Introduction to English: language improvement for better communication in the global market.
Introduction to the Automotive Market: immersion in different areas of the BMW Group Brazil factory in Araquari, providing direct contact with the realities of the sector.

What Are the Requirements to Participate in the Free Course?

Aged between 16 and 18 years;
