What Is the Local Innovation Agents Program?
The Local Innovation Agents Program is an initiative of the Brazilian Service of Support to Micro and Small Enterprises (Sebrae-SP), which aims to support microenterprises and rural businesses to become more innovative and productive.
This program offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with degrees in management, engineering, and agribusiness, as well as for postgraduate candidates to work as academic advisors.
The program has two modalities: ALI Productivity and ALI Rural. The former is aimed at supporting micro and small businesses in urban areas, while the latter focuses on small producers and rural businesses.
In total, there are 630 immediate openings and 2,520 reserve list openings, in addition to 120 spots for the Western São Paulo region, with immediate start.
Irresistible Attraction: Grants of up to R$ 6.5 Thousand
If you are interested in participating in this great transformation, the grants offered are among the main attractions. For ALI Productivity and ALI Rural, the grants range from R$ 5 thousand to R$ 6.5 thousand.
An excellent opportunity for those looking to boost their careers and add value to their resumes.
To secure a spot, candidates need to prove a complete undergraduate degree, along with a differentiator: a strictu sensu postgraduate degree will be required for those applying as academic advisors.
Thus, the program aims to enhance both academic knowledge and practical application in the daily lives of businesses.
How to Apply?
The application deadline has been extended until January 24. To participate, candidates must access the link available on the Sebrae website and fulfill the requirements specified in the announcements. Interested parties should hurry, as spots are limited, and competition is expected to be high.
Selection Stages
The selection process for the program involves three stages: Knowledge Assessment and Writing Test, Document Verification, and Interview.
The publication of results is scheduled for March 28, 2025, for ALI Productivity and March 31, 2025, for ALI Rural.
The program seeks candidates capable of acting effectively and innovatively in the management of small businesses and rural properties.
Coordinating Innovation with Sebrae
The Sebrae-SP, through the Sebrae College, will coordinate the academic actions of the ALI Program. During the process, congresses and events will be held aimed at presenting the results of the research conducted throughout the project, allowing participants to share their discoveries and enhance their practices in the field of innovation.
The Local Innovation Agents Program, therefore, is not just a chance for those who wish to deepen their knowledge in the innovation market.
